City of Torrance, Ca.

Status- Under Construction

Project Description- 1 & 2 story Front Unit addition/ New Rear Unit.

* OMNI DESIGN STUDIO INC. took over this project and provided additional drafting

services and submittal services to get approval from all city departments for the issuance

of building permits.

* The project design was done by others.

Torrance Project

City of Garden Grove, Ca.

Status- Design Phase

Project Description- 1 & 2 story addition; 3 Bedrooms, 1/2 Bathroom, Recreational

Room, Kitchen Remodel, 2nd Story Balcony, Front Porch.

Garden Grove Project

City of Los Angeles, Ca.

Status- Construction Plans are being reviewed by the city of Los Angeles

Project Description- (3) New 2-story Residential Units; Each Unit will have 3 Bedrooms,

3-1/2 Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Kitchen, Living Room, and

2 Car Garage.

* OMNI DESIGN STUDIO INC. took over this project and is providing the Construction Plans

and Submittal Services for the issuance of all building permits.

* The project design was done by others.

City of Rowland Heights, Ca.

Status- Under Construction

Project Description- 1 story addition; 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen Remodel,

Laundry Room, Living Room expansion, 2 Car-Carport,

New Roof Design for entire building.

Rowland Heights Project

City of Hawthorne, Ca.

Status- Design Phase (Commercial Apollo Project)

Project Description- Site Development Plans, Grading and Drainage Plans, New

Prefabricated Steel Service Building, New Catch Basin

Filtration System, Tenant Improvement Plans.
